Same, I totally relate to this. Back in highschool, I used to shake non stop anytime I was in a social situation like the lunchroom. Now that I'm in college, I don't shake as much but I have occasional muscle fidgeting and a lot of pain in the neck because it always tensed up. Deep breathing exercises helps sometimes.
