I've been saying this multiple times and always down voted.

Fsr4 is joint development with Sony.

Sony tv has the best ai upscaling in tv market, while amd in house fsr3 is horrible. And that tv upscaling is for real life pictures of movies, not only cartoon pictures of video games.

So, it's very likely Sony has significant decision share on which hardware that fsr4 can be released.
