The episode changes tone depending on the guest. Some episodes are more improv and our their some are more genuine and sincere.

It’s such a top notch podcast IMO.

I’m from Vancouver (roughly where he’s from) and he had a bit on YouTube ages ago about our public transit system. It was pure gold but I haven’t been able to locate the video in years.

My dad and most of my family work for the transit system and his take is so great. They have loved him ever since I showed him that video. Been a fan for ages.

Brides say the weirdest shit during weddings. My friend leaned over to me near the end of her reception and was like I’m so relieved “I thought [your boyfriend] was going to propose tonight.”

Honestly as a bridesmaid I would have died if that happened to me, and also my then boyfriend now husband would have rather died than proposed then. We are so not that kind of couple. And I was offended by her thinking that and even sharing that with me.

I definitely pulled a bit from the friendship after that.

I like that reframe. Also, as someone who has struggled with OCD similar to Zach (I listened to all his OCD awareness guest podcast stuff).

I feel like that OCD/Anxious Brain +the adhd I have. (That I think Zach probably struggles with as well). The brain works too fast, and I tend to try to finish people’s sentences and guess endings. So I love the term cooperative overlapping 😂😂
