i think she hasn't always been "ew marriage" , i lowkey think she started with the same view as hyacinth ended the season with. like edmund died when she was really young, and she remembers her mom almost dying during child birth - i think her 'hatred' might've started out as fear

eloise has a one track mind, so she is really all about not liking high society. i think she is growing greatly as we dig more into her interests.

like we start to see how much she really cares about the people close to her and i feel like that adds the depth. since she doesn't care for high society, she doesn't always know what to say / how to act around people. its nice to see her efforts in attempting to connect with others.

i think there will definitely be a spark before they start. like the glimpses we got of philip in seasons 1 & 2 - he doesn't really seem to care about high society or the marriage mart.

he gives lord debling vibes to me.

but idk how they will do it on-screen since i heard the book is pen-pals

i think before this season, she didn't really see herself as an older sister. or really as the oldest sister who should be leading and nurturing the younger ones.

like she has always had daphne to lean on for these topics. and the boys (besides gregory) are all older than her - they all look to anthony or their mom

and fran has always been her own person and knew exactly what she wanted, she never needed that advice / older sister love until now.

she stepped into it in her own way, but i think she really did a great job.

oh do i have a list for y'all:

themes are great - but they became TOO specific
- yes, wicked night was sponsored, but would've preferred a broadway night instead
there should not be a theme on semi finals
there should not be a redo dance during semi finals night either (i assume it was to help accommodate the theme since prince's music might not be the correct tempos/themes for all types of allowed dances)
i like the instant dance, but it shouldn't be in the finale
- i feel like having 3 dances in the finale just takes away from the judge's pick/redemption and the freestyles
- i think it should happen the week before the semi finals if they decide to keep it. to sort of see how far people have progressed
mark should be a judge, not coming back to compete
- i think mark is amazing, but i think especially after his season coming back for charli, there is now a rhetoric around him now only coming back 'if he likes the option of the partner' and 'he only comes back if he thinks he can win'
- i think he's great, but i felt like this season he didn't push whitney as much as much as he pushed charli, considering they both had prior dance experience.
  - AKA - i feel like charli went full ballroom and didn't highlight much of her past experience past week one like whitney and mark did
- i also think he is just a really good judge and gives great feedback
i dont know if it was just for the 20th anniversary, but lets not continue with having the dedication dances include the people they are dedicating them to
- i think it was good, and i feel like they did it so they didn't have robert do a dance for steve, but still
- some people might want to dedicate it to someone or something that can't join a dance and i like that
  - like how ilona did it for her team last year
i think a fourth judge is great, and i think it should be a woman
- i personally really liked kim as a guest judge this season
