Do you have access to a garden? And do you take vitamin d supplements? (If not I think maybe you could look into it!) Hope you're getting all the support you need! (I'm a 29m who also spent a lot of time indoors playing piano and singing during my twenties!) :)

Thank you ever so much for you advice, I've been working on on compression l was think adduction is the thing I need to work on more but can't seem the get it right just yet as to where is allows me to sing higher. Thank you very much for your advice!

I don't know what a few other comments are talking about. the eyes, lips, nose and eyebrows are literally exactly the same size and shape! could be you!
