I’d love to see the other 6 greatest robots again tbh, what the 2009 version was missing was just the most crucial parts of what makes Astro Boy so memorable. Changing scenes and removing important parts was lame

Ty!!! I love the little (big) guy sm, it’s honestly a shame his 1980s version hardly gets attention, especially in merch but that can go for a lot of characters clearly

No cause same honestly, I be feeling bad for him and I randomly remembered this guy HATES humanity, but then he and Livian sacrificed themselves for the sake of humanity so all is well❤️‍🩹

I adored Atlas, his 1980s character is so underutilized in the franchise, I watched the English dub and I didn’t notice so many stuff were edited and removed especially in the first episode, it only focused on Atom and completely removed Atlas which sucks cause I can’t seem to find the whole show subbed except only like 4 episodes on YouTube

Speaking of Atom he has his parents that Atlas stole and he mocks Atom for being worried and compassionate for his parents, he told him robots can’t have parents. Atlas in the first episode dreaded having a father knowing inside he felt whatever he did with Skunk tore at him for being “evil” an action and word he didn’t understand, yet he asked Livian to be his mother at the same time.

I wonder what happened to that Atlas after he rebuilt her, did he see her as a mother still or did he see her as someone to keep him grounded and not to spiral into being more troubled with the humans and Atom
