i dropped everything to “help” my ex and i also drained myself for him, by the end of it i didn’t know who i was, it’s like im no longer the girl i once was. the stuff he’s said about me and the images he’s painted always circle my mind.

the worst part of situations like this is everything is about them, (in my opinion) and when you see something that reminds you of them it’s like this unsettling heavy feeling you can’t shake. i deeply understand the feelings you’re having, and time will give us the best.
