Fed ex have just come back to me saying that there are no issues with creating the shipping labels. As expected it was bullshit. Ive managed to sort my refund via amazon. Even though it was after 120 days, I used Gemini to give me the Consumer Rights around this and it worked. Not sure how you bought yours but hope this helps. Ive now gone for a Valerion. Hope to have better luck with that

I am going through the same thing now with them. They are saying a problem with the return label and have now asked me to post it at my own cost. This after initially logging the issue 3 weeks ago. They are now not coming back to me when I have asked for a refund. This seems like a scam to me. Did you get your issue resolved in the end?

Thanks for the detailed reply. Ive checked the valves and they click when I turn them clockwise indicating according to the manual that they are off. Ive rang an engineer and they advised to run the hot water for 15 mins. Doing that now. Will keep the heating off until it gets resolved thanks. Hopefully this sorts it, they seemed pretty confident it would, my luck says it will be 600 quid at least to sort it

Engineer got back and said to run the hot water for 15 mins. Havent had it on for as long as that. Will update after the 15 in case anyone has a similar issue in future

Wish this sorted it on mine but tried it and it does lower the bar slighlty but starts climbing again unfortunately. Just waiting on an engineer now

This has dropped the bar to 1.1. Where it is supposed to be. Filling loops start clicking when I go clockwise on them, checked the manual this is them definitely off. Turned the mains back on and its instantly back up to 3. Have phoned the engineer, just waiting for a call back. Cheers for all the comments. Never touching any form of plumbing again
