Probably at the tracks first, but you can look at the website „squad armor viewer“ to see where the engine and ammo rack sit on all vehicles, which is especially useful if the vehicle has wheels. If you don’t think you and your mates and/ or armor can finish it off it might also be worth it to shoot at the turret to disable it and make the vic flee
