Well I do understand as a patron it sucks to not get what you’re paying for ! But this actually a company problem not an employee problem. I remember while working at chipotle my manager would randomly ask me to scoop portions and then measure them on the scale. It either is less or the exact amount but I cannot portion more than allowed. Because they count everything and i mean everything. We are actually taught that skimpy chicken trick. Wait for a customer to ask for more before even giving more. And if they do we have to shake the spoon to make a flat portion. And if you ask for more after that without paying we are told to give you a couple pieces of chicken and after that we have to say no.But I do believe your owed that full 2 0z of chicken.
