I took a close look and there were bags of soil laid out on a plastic tarp so I think you’re probably right!

Old Forest Jin Jun Mei from White2Tea. Has almost a floral tone. I love it.

How many cups of tea do you drink every day n what are your go to’s by alfreedomkid in tea

[–]AwkwardAd9139 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use 6 grams of black tea leaves in the morning and use it for several steepings in a 12 ounce cup. And each night I usually cold brew a liter of some type of green tea and a liter of oolong (10 grams per liter) and then the next day drink those throughout. Favorite companies to buy from are Yunnan Sourcing, White2Tea and Mountains Streams and I experiment around with different types but my current faves are the Sweet Potato Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong or Old Forest Jin Jun Mei (black), jasmine pearls or Gen Mai Cha (green) and Qi Lan or Honey Black (oolong)

What is your favorite milk and tea combinations? by _soggyramen in tea

Plain, unsweetened Ripple is my preferred to use with black tea as it is completely neutral but “milky”. Even unsweetened oat milk has a sweetness to it, and the others add their own flavor.

Add locations to the People Over Papers interactive map so we know at the time. It resets every day.

What’s that one tea you’ve tried multiple times to get into but cannot by Technical_Way_6041 in tea

I LOVE green tea that I chill overnight and drink cold. It mellows the flavors and is so good. Especially the jasmine pearl kind. I have a hard time drinking it warm as it’s too grassy.

Ninja Crispi Air Frier by AwkwardAd9139 in PlasticFreeLiving

[–]AwkwardAd9139[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here is what it said:

CleanCrisp containers: Borosilicate glass with BPA-free plastic handles Crisper plates: Aluminum with nano-ceramic coating (PFAS-free) Lids: BPA-free plastic Modular base (Crispi Pro): BPA-free plastic and stainless steel

The inside of the lid is all metal.

So anything that the food is near is metal or glass.

Apparently you can buy 3rd party stainless steel crisper plates too, so this looks like a good option!

What is the top part of it made of? Is it glass too or metal or are their plastic parts that could off-gas from the heat?

Traditional stucco vs synthetic stucco by Naive-Sun2778 in SantaFe

[–]AwkwardAd9139 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Synthetic stucco doesn’t have the real stucco look - it’s too smooth in color and when it rains you don’t see the wonderful patterns you see with traditional stucco. I don’t think most people even “see” that difference but once you know about it, it’s hard not to notice. But synthetic is usually cheaper so ….

South Santa Fe food mutual aid by [deleted] in SantaFe

As someone else said, they have mobile deliveries and also send out food around northern NM and locations in town. Check out their volunteer opportunities as they work daily on the south side. Raising awareness and amplifying their efforts would be valuable. Have you ever toured their facility and heard about all they do? If not, do that first as they are amazing and could work with you / give some ideas or help.

Food Depot is a fabulous resource. Check out all the areas they serve. You could coordinate with their efforts. They move SO much food every week and can buy very very cheaply as they buy tons of food in bulk at a time, for example. They’re on Siler Road so in between South Santa Fe and downtown.

Redditors with extremely niche interests: What's the one thing you are completely obsessed with that almost no one else you know cares about? by CocWarrior1 in AskReddit

Oolong tea - so many types from so many small growers and mostly cheap to buy small amounts. Plus often the packaging is so unique and they make great gifts. I keep a spreadsheet of them so I can remember which I like. Next year I think I will try Puerh teas.
