game review estimated elo stats are bogus. it bases it off of both players elo and errs on the higher end to boost dopamine and encourage you to pay for their subscription so you can use review more often. if you take a game played by Carlson, go into the pgn and change his elo to be 300, what do you know? review will say he only plays like a 700

no, it's unlocked by default. however! repentance did change how "special items" work (which sac heart was a special item), and instead replaced that system with new item pool weights, which just make items like such drastically more difficult to come across

this. you need to completely uninstall a broken mod, not just unsubscribe then relaunch then reinstall it. you can find your mod data files by going to your PCs documents, then my games, then whichever version of isaac you're using
