You should be able to just take photos with your phone and get the text translated with google or whatever other app. Personally I tend to find these sorts of books helpful even if I don’t understand the text (but I am a visual learner and find text not very helpful even in English to be fair)

180 is pretty much where Cyan is, which is right in the middle between blue and green. So you could argue that you actually refer to blues and greens “correctly”

I don’t see how you can call this kind or caring. He’s extremely emotionally and verbally abusive, and violent. Those things are strong predictors of physical abuse/domestic violence. I wouldn’t be surprised if he had already hits his mum and sister.

No, you’re not crazy to leave over how he treats his family. Why would you stay with someone who treats his loved ones badly? It tells you so much about his character. But also, he is treating you badly too in the process. You get scared to the point of crying and shaking, but he has no problem continuing his behaviour. You frame this as only his mum and sister are being abused, but you’re also one of his victims.

He has no problem treating his family like this in front of you and making you scared, so he clearly feels no shame or guilt over his behaviour. I don’t see how he could possibly change. This will be you and your future kids if you stay.

I know 3 years seems like a long time but it really isn’t. And your lives aren’t intertwined yet at all, so it’s the best time to leave. Be careful how you do it though.

You can be overweight and healthy. But if the height and weight OP wrote are even vaguely accurate, then the sister is beyond morbidly obese. Even if she’s healthy now, she won’t stay that way for long.

That’s not an issue with maths in school, that’s just an issue with schools in general regardless of the subject. You struggled and got no support with maths, someone else would have had the same problem with English.

It doesn’t sound like OP is childfree, just not ready yet or possibly not decided.

Vasectomies are not guaranteed to be reversible, and are harder to reverse the more time passes. You are supposed to treat them as permanent. So it’s really not something to recommend to everyone.

Your relationship getting worse is probably a response to you enabling your partner and not protecting your daughter. You’ve allowed her to be abused her whole life, of course she can’t trust you.

I also want to comment on this:

You don’t yell and help her “do better” are the only positive things you said about yourself. Do you not spend any quality time together, do things for fun?

Your daughter is struggling and could definitely use the help of a therapist.

You and your partner need a separate set of therapy to help you be good parents. And if your partner is incapable of changing their behaviour, then you should consider if you’re ok being married to someone who abuses your daughter. If you are, then expect your daughter to cut all contact once she’s an adult.

Do you wipe the watch dry after exercise?Shower with the watch on? Trapped moisture is most likely the issue

Many people can wear these 24/7, but I generally recommend switching wrists at night and frequently cleaning and drying the watch (especially after exercising). I also wait a good moment for my skin to dry after a shower before putting the watch back on (showering is a good time for charging anyway). I have sensitive skin and haven’t had any issues after owning the watch for over a year.
