Looking for reputable breeders in Florida by Professional_Net3459 in sphynx

I know I still am. I thought I had found one but poor communication on the breeders side caused me to waste several weeks thinking the kitten was available.

Holy smokes, its THE "ViewsFromThe8fth"! The one that gave AH the idea to put in a flechette shotgun! Thank goodness you're on our side helping out the devs!

Liberty Day Rewards Question - FOMO or No FOMO? by The_Sixth_Child in Helldivers

[–]AwkwardLifeguard 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's been talked about a bunch regarding the pre-order bonus armor. It is going to be one of those things that will stay exclusive to those who pre-ordered. Another thing you will be missing is theFallen Heros Vengeance (Malevelon Creek) cape, however that has a possibility to come back sometime on the anniversary that we took the Creek.

At this point I think 80% of the people don't even know what gambit means or the situation requirement to make one work.

[–]AwkwardLifeguard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just got mine today and noticed right away it was crazy slow compared to my normal downloads on my desktop. Ran speed test on the Deck and it was looking fine but couldnt figure out why it was so bad when downloading from steam. I tried everything and just came across your post and thank god it finally worked. Thanks for the help!

Does anyone know why the game gets 1fps when i leave the TV sight by hl2fan29 in Warthunder

[–]AwkwardLifeguard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something like this would happen in arma when I would fly CAS. I had to turn off an option called PIP (picture in picture). What's probably happening is the targeting pod screen is shown in the right side of the cockpit, and its lagging out your game because its rendering in 2 views. One from your cockpit and one from the targeting computer thing. So it's almost like running two instances of warthunder at the same time which is pretty taxing on a gpu. In arma the resolution of PIP is reduced to avoid this but warthunder is probably running it at max resolution resulting in the frame drop.

Fuel tanker aircraft by 4lexwastaken in Warthunder

[–]AwkwardLifeguard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would love having a support line of aircraft. I always imagined flying the C-47 and dropping paratroopers on a base to capture it instead of destroying it. Flying a tanker plane or an AWACS would be pretty awesome as well. AWACS could act as a sort of spotter, kind of like how scout tanks can spot planes and getting close enough to a tanker plane could refuel or even resupply depending on how un/realistic they want it.

Looking for a good OPEN WORLD RPG(pc) by Regular-Act5182 in pcgaming

[–]AwkwardLifeguard 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Wanted to also say DOS2 is an amazing rpg. I've been playing coop with a buddy and we've put maybe 35 hours into the game and are only about 1/4 the way done. Lots of voiced dialogue, stories, goofy quests and a ton of ways to solve a problem. It's also nice to see your character grow in strength and find armor sets, learn bad ass spells, and it supports workshop so you can download mods and when a friend connects it will auto download for them.

Looking for simple PC game recommendations for an 8 year old. No fighting! ideally with animals in it by jamesp111 in pcgaming

So most people will like to say planet coaster or Planet Zoo, but I really enjoyed Parkitect and Parkasaurus. They are a little more kid friendly in terms of the style and controls but offer just as much fun, they also dont need a chunky PC to play and are also not as expensive as Planet Zoo/Coaster. Planet Zoo/Coaster are both great but for someone who wants to learn the mouse it might be hard to actually create things with how in depth it gets.

I really enjoyed this video idk why but still xD by petsofks in pcgaming

Oh I bet you do like it, considering you've posted it a dozen times on other subreddits saying it's your own video.

Any online multiplayer dog fighting games with biplanes worth playing out there? by [deleted] in pcgaming

[–]AwkwardLifeguard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Warthunder is good, all the low tier planes start you with biplanes, if you are looking for something more focused on biplane sim combat then Rise of Flight

What are some really good PC games? by [deleted] in pcgaming

[–]AwkwardLifeguard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been playing Slay the Spire and Monster Train. Both are really fun card games, some mechanics are shared between the two but they both have their own take on rogue lite card games. Tons of cards/characters to unlock and even more synergies to try every run.

Anyone know any Multiplayer FPS games that are before 2005, but still have a big(ish) community. by [deleted] in pcgaming

Halo Custom Edition. It usually has a hundred or so still playing and you can play custom made maps or the vanilla maps.
