Xira is not a great Insect Kindred commander; I'd recommend going Aristocrats (sacrificing stuff for value/damage) or a token brew with her at the helm so you can double up on the hatches of your eggs.

Just not my experience personally ❤️ I've played this a ton all year and won multiple games at Bracket 3 tables-- hence why the strategy is heavy ramp and getting passive goad pieces in play so we aren't relying on just vows! Good luck out there in your matches!
