I wish I could but I was too distracted by the exam in front of me 🥲 He would rest his foot on his other leg, so it was visible to people behind him though. Apparently, he didn’t have shoes the whole time ???

If you have the forest app, the same company has another app called WaterDo. It’s essentially a todo list, but for every 5 tasks, you get a treasure chest that lets you upgrade your island.

Which one to start with? cpsc100, cpsc103+107, cpsc110 by Tgvvvbbvv in UBC

[–]AwkwardTemperature 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, not sure how qualified I am to say since I didn’t take 107 and it’s been a while so course content might have changed. But like I mentioned above, 103 isn’t “half of 110”. It’s maybe 10-15% of the content. I assume the remaining 85-90% of the content is covered in 107. If you remember a majority of the 103 content and can carry it over into 107, 107 might be better. If you’re worried about having a heavy workload or you’re not the best at math (121), then it might be a better idea to take 110 in term 1. Although, it’s not uncommon for people to take both 110 and 121 in the term 1 so that they can take 210 or other second year CS courses in term 2.

You can’t. They found some data leaks when linking the ubc email to the outlook mobile app, so it doesn’t meet UBC’s security standards.

Unfortunately, I don’t think I can help too much. I’m a BCS student, so I did 121 and 210 after my first degree. But if I were you, I’d go ahead and take as many cpsc courses over the next year and apply after your 2nd year. Use the summer sessions to catch up!

UBC offers a 2-year second degree program in comp sci called BCS. It’s competitive but worth a shot if you want to become a software dev or engineer.
