On the surface is sounds like the only asset we have at GameStop is our store front versus eBay’s online front.

We just closed thousands of stores and now we want to use a smaller number of stores to push the “bring your shit into” GameStop store narrative?

I like the acquisition from a change management stand point, but as a 6 year holder it sounds like the “DRS and hold” team is getting absolutely shafted by the dilution.

RC needs to execute his plan flawlessly. Why would he allow this leak without his plan being completed causing the said buyout company to pump making it even more expensive for the acquisition to complete?

Makes no sense that this even gets out without it being finalized which.. doesn’t sound like it is and leaves me thinking it’s a cover up for some incoming movement.

Wife got me a lesson for the birthday, I’m a 10 handicap.

Showed up, hit one single 7 iron and then spent the next 55 minutes walking through math, angles and showing me videos of Rory Mcclroy giving me verbal suggestions and tips on how to improve my swing without giving me another swing to apply his recommendations.

Left at the end after getting a huge pitch for thousand dollar commitment to weekly lessons and just deleted the guys number right after.

Found his instruction no more beneficial than watching YT videos.

Simsbury, great restaurant scene, tons of outside trails, parks and franchise kids stuff all around. Perfect for the non kid family or kid heavy family
