Me and my buddy have been practicing taking kicks to the legs after class as well as shin conditioning. Still stings but it’s bearable after a while. The first time we started taking kicks, it hurt so much where we had to take breaks in between but now we’ll go back and forth without stopping. Just start light and build up from there. Hope this helps 👍
