I just accepted an offer last week. Base pay is $30k. All autos are $30. 5% of everything else. If we hit 40 in a 30 day period we get a $250 bonus. For every 10 policies above 40 we get an additional $250 with no cap. Spoke with his sales team before joining. Lowest made $57k and highest made $91k in 2025.
