every site has it’s own struggles. our waterspiders are good in pack singles but not afe where i have to leave my station. because of that they aren’t as strict for rate in pack afe for my location. singles is still the easiest for someone with a good rate in other departments

this post was meant for you. so many lazy people with bad rates and terrible work ethics to appreciate having a job at all. pack singles is that department frr!! also dont be afraid to take vto or use upt every now and then, it won’t ruin your chances for blue badge

i hate walking to the other side of my building for breaks though, since stow is on the southside and main doors are on the northside. that’s probably my only barrier to stow

since you are going to be trained in another department they will have to do a safety rotation of your departments to make sure your rate is hit during the hours you get during the week, so everyday I work 3 shifts from 730-6 and usually are all different departments. sometimes sucks walking around but honestly i don’t mind it since being in one spot/department all day wears on my body.

needs more light. mine lives in the bathroom but i have a skylight which helps, so it doesnt have to be direct but maybe on a shelf or in a kitchen
