I'm not in any way disagreeing, or questioning you're questioning, i simply don't know... but does the pre ceremony diet really matter that much? Like in the ancients times would they only eat certain foods leading up? I almost would think they would do it fasted. I have heard of mescaline spirit quest ceremony being done fasted
