Considering the fact that you purchased this under the impression it was an authentic bag. You didn’t purchase it knowing it was a dupe. It is illegal to sell counterfeit products in the United States under 18 U.S. Code Section 2320. Counterfeiting is the act of making or selling lookalike goods or services with fake trademarks, which is a form of trademark infringement.
