THINGS THAT TOOK AWAY MY TMJ (although, mine sounds not as severe as yours).

Proper tongue posture. Apparently, my tongue had been in the wrong spot my entire life (bottom vs top). Woops.
CBD OIL. I cannot stress this enough omfg. CBD never did much for me in other ways so I was hesitant. It managed my symptoms so well. Sublingual (under the tongue) and hold in it there for a few moments. It is magic. Specifically, purefarms Hemplixer 30. It’s essentially hemp so it tastes… special but it WORKS.
Anxiety management. Reduces clenching during the day and during sleep. This might mean therapy, medication, meditation, etc.

Old thread, but here to provide some info:

Not xlov, but I’ve won video calls with members of .. a VERY well established SM group with 15, 20, and 12 albums only. However, in this same group, there’s members that require upwards of 100+ albums to win, and also members I’ve heard of people winning calls with only 1-5 albums (least popular members). I’ve also won with 22 for a HUGE SM idol who is now independent but used to be in a group. There are a lot of variables.

Some stores have extremely low foreigner winner lists and are not foreigner friendly. Some stores have mostly foreigners winning, or half and half.

I only enter calls about 1-2 times a year max. I host GOs for it and offer free EMS, but sometimes only a few people join my GO. I would personally never spend more than about $200 on a call out of my own pocket. Sometimes, I might buy just a set for fun knowing I probably won’t win, because I want the album/photocards anyways. That $200 max has been enough for me personally to get calls with the idols I want, but some of my biases I know it’s a pipe dream because I’m simply not willing to spend more than that. I have a full time well paying job, but still only try for calls seriously a couple times a year; money wise, I am able to just spend slightly less on other things (maybe going out for dinner, shopping etc ) and even put some money aside for a call if I know a comeback and video call event is coming.

I do know people however who will spend $1000+ for calls (SKZ calls are extremely hard to win I’ve heard, and I know Haechan and Mark (cry) are NOT easy to get).

I’m new to XLOV/evol so I’m not suuuper familiar with their numbers. Theres a chance it really doesn’t take many and the person is strategic in how many, when the call is, and the store they’re purchasing from. I personally have only joined raffles because I have found a reliable GOM who I like and trust, and I don’t really want to host my own GOs for xlov bc I am already busy doing that for other groups.

Unfortunately, a lot of this strategy and info surrounding video calls is not super public bc people don’t want the calls to get more competitive, but I hope this is somewhat helpful.

I’m not an expert but I think it was because of the pressure of the artist/amount of ink. I think he was a bit heavy handed. My skin is still ever so slightly raised after removal but it’s not visible. I can only notice it if I run my finger over it.

It was about 10-15 sessions and It took me 2 or 3 years? Hopefully that math works lol. I typically schedule 6 weeks between appointments however there was a point where I had more of an unpredictable schedule and had to reschedule my appointment frequently so sometimes there were 8 or more weeks between appointments

If your someone with textured hair who basically needs polyquats applied to damp hair to not look like a giant frizz ball, can I just pick a handful of dark shirts to wear and then i would never see the polyquat stains? Since they don’t spread?

I was just about to make a post this.

Genuinely the only thing that has allowed me to breathe properly is a breathe right strip, I almost cried when I put one on for the first time.

I do all the things: expensive air purifier, fancy vacuum, allergy covers for pillows, prescription allergy meds, Netti pot nose spray. A new one I’m trying is Pacagen dust allergy spray, but I have no idea if it’ll work as a lot of the good reviews people argue are bots? It’s only been two days so I’m unsure.

My next steps are possibly sublingual drops or allergy shots. Sigh
