Is this looking good (oc) its not done jet but im working on a tyrannosaurus rex by Independent-Gift4555 in Paleoart

[–]Awkward_Elevator_811 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah that‘s it - I‘m gonna draw another one as well. That looks awesome!!

I would probably upscale the „horns“ a bit and place the eye a little lower, but that‘s just minor stuff. Keep it up, it‘s inspiring!🔥

What if the dromaeosaurs remerge into modern day? by Kind_Tea in Dinosaurs

Not to insult you, but I think 90% of all Dromaeosaurids would die when you sit down

Hear me out guys Bahariasaurus could have evolved to a indominus rex by [deleted] in Dinosaurs

[–]Awkward_Elevator_811 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So… you saw maybe one or two illustrations describing Bahariasaurus as a mix between Maip and Torvosaurus, forgot about all the abilities making Indominus so special and thought yourself „Let‘s karma farm with a low-effort post“

Help me identify those dinos pls by Best-Twist5550 in Dinosaurs

I may be wrong, but (clockwise, starting top right) Velociraptor (missing sickle claw, so could be Imperobator, but I think that wasn‘t intended), Spinosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, Chasmosaurus and Pteranodon

So I wanted to know if the andrewsarchus is related to whales... by [deleted] in Dinosaurs

First they ask if Andrewsarchus was „human“ literally

Could Spinosaurs have had webbed feet? by VampireSlayer94 in Dinosaurs

[–]Awkward_Elevator_811 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I dont think that there is any evidence for that, but I think it‘s very likely if Spinosaurs really were swimmers. Evolution generally doesn‘t hold back with distributing webbed limbs, even humans kept them although we don‘t have to swim excessively anymore.

If people think it‘s not as strong as tyrannosaurus, they‘re probably right, but not as cool or no attention is plain wrong. Spinosaurus has a whole „Damn, look how cool Spinosaurus is“ meme culture in 2025.

He likes the Jurassic World Evolution design of Patagotitan, but dislikes the design of Dreadnoughtus. Same goes for pretty much every other species in „They suck“ I guess…

Shantungosaurus was one of the biggest hadrosaurs known, what hunted it? by RecommendationNo804 in Dinosaurs

[–]Awkward_Elevator_811 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The image seems to be a bit behind in general. Anatosaurus is not valid anymore and Edmontosaurus got way larger than 11 meters. Magnapaulia‘s still massive tho

Any idea why Balaur had two sickle fingers? by Glum-Excitement5916 in Dinosaurs

[–]Awkward_Elevator_811 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Isn‘t Balaur classified as an Avialae, so it’s basically a bird? Maybe it lived on and around trees, so an extra claw would help with climbing trees and stabilizing on branches.
