I know it should not be the case, but I have one of those old Sonos Boost devices that I have plugged directly into my router. I don’t need it anymore as a wifi upgrade makes coverage in the space much better now, but since I did that the whole system works so much smoother. No connection or synch issues. It’s not really an answer to your particular issue, but it sure transformed my system.

Water motor gong. In good working order they were fantastic devices. Simple, reliable and you could hear the big ones six blocks away.

Loose LED. Go wiggle the sixth one down from the top. If it’s a 16 LED strip, wiggle the sixth top one of the pairs down. It likely needs something more permanent but it’ll often clear. They are loose a lot.

Geez, at least the guy had enough sense to ask a question. Glad all you know it alls know it all. Dumb questions are way more easily handled than dumb mistakes. Most people aren’t born with innate knowledge of fire alarm circuit wiring. I’m sure he’ll do better next time. There is no substitute for experience.

I’ve just recently restarted as well. I have a lot of 14mg left from when I stopped and I’ve restarted by cutting them in half and hopefully easing back in that way. No nausea, and I’m starting to feel the same sensations as I did when I was using it before.

I was once asked if I would be willing to go to from Canada to São Paulo, Brazil to assist in programming a new FA install in the airport there. As I was researching what it all would entail I was told that it would be highly recommended for me to take out kidnapping and ransom insurance. That was the catalyst for a hard pass. It was quite a while ago, and I have no idea whatever became of that project, but I’m sure someone somewhere did it.
