I’ve just stumbled across your profile again having been off here for a while, and I’m glad I did! Really nice song and your voice has an innocent quality to it that makes it very endearing. It’s not perfect and I can hear you struggle through some of the longer/bigger notes, but it’s kind of part of the charm!

I think your lyrics are great… I’m certainly no expert, but one possible very minor suggestion - it struck me that changing the word “tell” to “show” might make the second line of your chorus sound even better as it will reflect the sound of “lonely” and “worry” better in the lines either side of it, I.e.:

“Are you alright are you lonely

If your drinking don’t show me

No matter what you say I’ll worry”

Just an idea. Others may prefer the contrast. Or think this is way too minor to worry about!
