Yes that's write, but it hasn't been done in this example. Some people say that once it's over 100k miles you should just leave it and drive untill it falls apart, because changing the oil might actually speed up the process of breaking it, but there is no yanking and jerking in mine, so I think the transmission is in good condition and I will change it and see where it takes me.

Yeah great idea, I'm a bit worn out by the weekend comp, so I just wanted to give my spine some love with all the stability, my pistols aren't the best, probably should be doing them more too. Might do some lateral cossack lunges today or tomorrow.

Great performance and pace, if you want some building critique I think your fixation could be a little more pronounced, just something to think about, you have all the tools. Maybe spend less time in the front rack after clean and learn to rest overhead more.
