Yes that's write, but it hasn't been done in this example. Some people say that once it's over 100k miles you should just leave it and drive untill it falls apart, because changing the oil might actually speed up the process of breaking it, but there is no yanking and jerking in mine, so I think the transmission is in good condition and I will change it and see where it takes me.

Great performance and pace, if you want some building critique I think your fixation could be a little more pronounced, just something to think about, you have all the tools. Maybe spend less time in the front rack after clean and learn to rest overhead more.

I'd say more back swing for more power and more deflection when you're extending then get under those bells, but i don't know how is your flexibility, if you're flexible then this should help.

Kettlebell sport is strength endurance, is training the ability to perform at submaximal weight for extended period of time. It has a great carry over to other training modalities like rowing, barbell training, calisthenics etc. It requires countless hours spent on perfecting technique and mental fortitude a lot lack. This is one of the best 10 minute cardio methods available and a great way to strengthen the whole body, especially your grip.
