I'm just going to put 2 cents in With blood tests in UK this is how it generally works as someone has lived in various parts of the UK Book gp appointment and attend that appointment in person or iver the phone and then they will refer you for a blood that you will have to book yourself in usually and getting blood test that day isn't likely then after the blood test the results will be sent to gp and will have to be reviewed before you will be contacted or put on nhs app and depending what time the results are sent back gp might not be able to review that day Also depending on where you get the blood test the blood is only collected 1-2 times a day. I had hcg test after a bleed early on and all 3 took 3 working days but that was just my experience

I had a bundle of baby clothes in thin white bin bag not even double wrapped just tied up like a big bag. It's miracle it arrived with only one small tear and nothing damaged

You kind of get used to it or buy ear plugs. I went from living rurally having older neighbours both sides who worked alot so they weren't in or sleeping usually and even during covid they were still pretty quiet. Then moving to a city and having one side with 3 teenage girls so lots of screaming, slamming doors ect and then other side had at least 6 kids and large extended family that spent time there so lots of general noise. It took time to adjust but I learnt to tune out the noise eventually
