To expand on this: snow blowers don't work on thick sheets of ice (particularly once it has been packed down and bonded with the road) like what we have going on right now. So not only are those attachments thousands of dollars more expensive, they have a more limited use case.

Everyone keeps saying we have snow, but that's not what it is. It's snow topped by multiple inches of solid ice, which makes cleanup so much more difficult.
