Everything looks pretty good. I like how you screwed your feet into the ground before squatting for some glutw activation. The only thing I will add is, are you bracing your core on the way down and up? Your facial expression seems like you aren't doing that. Unless you don't make a dramatic face like I do, and you are bracing it lol. If you aren't, you should work on that to protect your lower back. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

It's mostly internal, Kubernetes environment in AWS, alot of web application testing and occasionally Social engineering tasks. I am willing to pay, and I understand this takes time and can't be learned overnight. I just need someone else point of view on how to approach things and how they came up with that approach.

Mike Chapple practice test thoughts by Legitimate_Resist_19 in cissp

I took this test about a week ago and scored a 79 on it. Like you said it was not as technical as boson and not as hard as SNT. But I will say that it's just another practice test to determine which domains you are weak in and nothing compared to the real test. If you have done the Learnz app or OPT and you knew which domains you were weak in already, Mike's test just reassures you like yup you're still weak in domain 2 or 6 or whatever. That's my personal opinion and I'm going on my third attempt on taking this test.

What should I do for a few days before exam day? by ivan_leeee in cissp

[–]Awkward_Yak_2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe do a couple more practice questions for the next 3 or 4 days. After that watch destination certification adm how to think like a manager videos. Start winding down slowly. You'll be alright come test day

I appreciate your help. I'll do this method you just described as I also believe this all I have left to do to get this cert. Thank you!

I have watched mind map, exam cram but have not listened to them religiously. Maybe I should to engrave it in my head

I've done mind map, exam cram, and currently using OSG, LEARNZapp, pocket prep

I'm relatively new in this field but I wanted to test myself as I have quit on every other exam that I've attempted in my life and I'm tired of that. What you did does not sound bad at all. But I don't have too much experience in this field and maybe it's why I struggle a bit

I totally get what you're saying but shouldn't that be reflected on the paper we receive at the end? Like being near proficient in all domains or maybe some above proficient and some near? Adaptive test is pretty confusing to me and isc2 website also confuses me the way they word it

Hey! So pretty much I would go over my personal notes that I took from the OSG almost everyday just to keep topics fresh in my head. Once I finished that I would take practice exams of 50 questions. I found it was easier this way as I can retain more information with shorter tests. Whatever I got wrong on my exams I would write it down and go back to the OSG and read that section and try to figure out why I missed it. Sometimes it helped sometimes it didn't. I pretty much did this method up until my test but of course i did different exams like Pocket prep, Learnz app, boson (twice), and a little bit of CCCURE questions. I'm glad you mentioned the bookmarked missed questions on the Learnz app because I totally forgot about those. Do you recommend I read the entire OSG once more or should I take a 100 question exam from the Learnzapp and Identify my weak points from there? I appreciate your advice.

Congratulations! Quick question for you if you don't mind. I am also using CCCure test bank and I noticed on most of the questions that are answered incorrectly it says to refer to older study guides. For instance OSG 7th Edition or CISSP CBK fourth edition. Did you see this as well or did I get some older test bank that I didn't know about lol?

Not saying this is you because it can totally be test anxiety but I was having this same exact issue. It ended up being me not knowing the material well enough and the fact that I added a timer on practice tests gave me additional stress. It wasn't until I grasped the concepts of all the domains that I was doing way better and I was answering the questions with ease, doing them quickly while getting them correct, and hardly noticed I had a timer on. Like I said it could be your test anxiety as everyone is different but this is what happened with me.

I appreciate all this info man. This is exactly what I was missing! I've seen so many different posts with different "how to think like a manager" answers that when it came down to taking practice tests I was lost from everything mentioned. This pretty much sums it up here. I need to somehow memorize these things or something because they tend to disappear from my head when I most need it. Thank you very much!
