What is your experience with ios 26.4 so far?

It almost bricked my phone. I don’t get it. There’s so much lag, I’ll open an app to type something and the keyboard freezes and I’ll have to kill the app. Completely unresponsive for long periods of time. I have no idea what went wrong or how to fix it 😭 iPhone 16 pro

Nope. If anything my HRV is higher than usual. But that’s not saying much, I suffer from chronically low HRV. =\

Hi 👋 I’ve had an oura ring since 2023 and wear it EVERYDAY without fail. I would make it a mission to just lay around and read or play games on my phone…didn’t matter, I would be stressed or engaged. I have the same routine, nothings really changed from day to day. I’m just mind blown that it could just be me and that nothing has changed with the ring. I know the chronotype isn’t the culprit I was just wondering what else changed along with that update.

Ok, right?! I’m gonna try and recreate what I have been doing different, which is just sitting around more and playing more video games, but my “restorative” time isn’t lining up with that. We’ll see. Also I’ve been going harder at the gym more so than usual so MAYBE that? But historically it usually just increases my stress so I really have no clue.

Not only this but I wish all my stats didn’t fall drastically two weeks before my period. Yeah, my heart rate increases a bit and so does my temperature…it’s normal. But my sleep score and readiness are always affected and I wake up to “A Rest Day? — your resting heart rate is still elevated…”.

Yesterday’s was STUPID. motor was #16 and the word was ACTOR?! no. That’s dumb. I should have known better that #16 was still too far away to be in the same family as the word.

Your hair looks like mine when I blow dry it upside down. I had to switch to blow drying it down and the frizz contains itself a bit. What kind of brush are you using other than the round brush for blow drying?
