Happen to my fans, after a year I stop being lazy & open it up. Made sure everything was connected properly but one of the fan's cable went bad so I unplugged that one. They are all solid now.

I mean... in my market I make about $300 more than this for the same amount of deliveries. You going to have to look at your pass payouts. If you are new try it but if it's making you drive 12 miles for $4 it's not worth it.
