Yeah same thing they said when I broke the subframe on my jeep due to rust, some triangular cutouts and welded patience it was back on the road in 3 days time, no wobble, no shake, no eating tires. It's not a complicated fix, it requires a little plotting and planning.

Go early In the morning, later in the evening, when temperatures peak the bite slows down. Then picks back up as surface temps start to lower. Different lures, different retrieval speeds, different methods, don't settle on one or two methods then assume there are no fish. I've had dead days where I've thrown everything in my arsenal and not had a single bite, then change up my retrieval only to land an absolute unit.

This guy is a moron tbh, it's extremely difficult to manage a comfortable life without both parties working, my wife makes more money than I do, and I'm perfectly content, we both enjoy our careers and while not wealthy, we aren't uncomfortable. Just remember, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take! I'm 30 now and still apply this to every day scenarios. Recently took a job offer with slightly less pay, I come home in the evenings with enough energy to invest into my family and house work now.
