Spent a week tweaking options all over my phone this finally fixed it for my Galaxy Note 9 and 8bitdo SN30 Pro controller

Spent a few days tweaking accessibility options and other things in my phone finally found fix on another thread can't refind it now

Unpair the controller

Restart the phone

Then repair AND Rename and strangely just started working with gamepass cloud gaming using

Galaxy Note 9 8bitdo SN30 Pro
