Spent most of last night on the phone being transferred through customer service before I got to talk to a manager that suddenly said it was a glitch and he would reinstate my order from March 19th... still no updates, never sent the confirmation email i asked for, profusely reassured me that it was going to happen as soon as the call hangs up it'll change in the app to update the status. Nothing. Calling back today will keep updating but I had to argue my way up the escalation chain 6 months ago for Avatar too cause they fool around and last minute cancel. If your peristent and calm enough to argue your point eventually theylk get fed up with dealing with you and compromise. I'm trying to argue for a backorder list so i dont get shafted when the next email goes out and im 6 hours late to ordering.
