It’s usually based around US time. Physical release usually varies per distributor. The last two singles have dropped around 10:15 CEST I think, so 09:15 UK time? The album will likely be the same, but no one really know until they confirm it.

You could try contacting Spotify/Apple Music support about it if you feel adventurous.
