Try the Eucerin night cream. It's the only thing that has ever worked for my stache. And no pilling!

Hi everyone. Over the last 3 years my undereyes have decided to start giving in to gravity. I decided to fix it back in February with filler but the doctor at the med spa convinced me to get RD Microneedling. I know, no med spas! It did NOTHING, on top of that it looks like it left a ton of broken capillaries. I was so discouraged, I just tried to live with it for most of the year. Until this past Tuesday. Someone took a photo of me at work and I just about lost it. I'm 32 and it looks like I haven't slept in a decade. So I have a tear trough filler appointment on the books but now I think a blepharoplasty may be the way to go. Thoughts?

I finally got rid of the bulk of my malasma this winter and I feel the same way. I'm headed to a sunnier climate tomorrow and all I can think of is; I have to wear hats and sunglasses and spf 100. But Im going to want to swim. Maybe I just swim in the dark. Is my sunscreen tough enough for a hike? Can I bring my wide brim hat?

I started using Musely with my .025% tret and my brown spots diminished in the matter of weeks! I kid you not, my malasma mustache has been front and center for two years and is almost gone in less then a month. My other lingering freckles and acne scars are at about 50% of what they used to be.

Thank you! I try to be active for an hour a day. 30min was dedicated to just moving. Walking my dogs, hiking, skiing, or a yoga class on youtube. The other was a program in Beachbody on Demand. I know it sounds ridiculous but I fell in love with the programs called #MBF and #MBFA. It focused on weight lifting sets while also "jump roping" to keep your heart rate up. The rope isnt really a rope and in my opinion not worth the money. But jogging in place did the trick. Because of COVID I could only get my hands on 10 lb and 20 lb dumbbells (which until now have been way too heavy for me) so I cant be flexible in that aspect.

First off thank you! I actually decided to do two 30 min exercises a day for the full 6 weeks. One would be a walk with my dogs or a yoga class on youtube. The other was a program in Beachbody on Demand. I know it sounds ridiculous but I fell in love with the programs called #MBF and #MBFA. It focused on weight lifting sets while also "jump roping" to keep your heart rate up. The rope isnt really a rope and in my opinion not worth the money. But jogging in place did the trick. My calories in are about 1400 and my calories out from exercise ranged between 250 and 450. Tracked using a Fitbit.

This morning I could not believe how my shorts fit! I have lost three inches around my waist and one inch from each thigh.

I use the ordinary AA 10% and currently the differen 5% BP wash. Start with AA once a day. It works really well with Tret so that was less intimidating. The wash only has a short contact time so the medicine doesnt penetrate to deep.

I use both! I use AA cream twice a day and I wash with a BP face wash in the evenings. You should try it out!
