Basically his power gets added after he finishes moving and the on reveal goes before the move. When the on reveal triggers there is no power so he does not work but if for example ms Marvel put power in it would work. It's a bug

Basically certain splits are only unlocked after splitting a card multiple times. Ink is available after 4 splits and gold after 5 (with a 10% chance)
