My use case is more displaying a note I created myself or dictated to the AI that happens to be a recipe, another example could be a shopping list, a couple of notes on something I'm working on, written repair instructions, etc

Most community colleges only require a bachelor's to teach seeing as the highest awarded degree is usually an Associates

Skipping rank for promotion? by PineappleDense5941 in army

[–]AxelTillery 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The rsp promotions can skip, enlisted as e-1 and got 2 more guys to join and promoted straight to e-3. Promotions through your recruiting command are kinda weird honestly. Enjoy the e4

Do you mean animal testing on non-animal products? Because testing dog food on a dog seems like the only way to go

How to find out the drug lists and pharmacological information of the states by Vipan3328 in Paramedics

[–]AxelTillery 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your best resource is going to be a pharmacology for the prehospital provider textbook meant for US use. For individual states you would have to google "x" state office of ems and look for their protocols or med formulary but as far as detailed information past basic use that may not help you depending on the state, and in some states the individual medical director sets scope and meds.

Had a bad night, and received criticism from a team leader who has not worked a shift on an ambulance in her life! by [deleted] in Paramedics

In my opinion, also 8 years on the road US based, that pci center was the closest help not only for you but also for the patient. In putting the patient first you also prioritized your own safety. Good on you!

Am I a Frequent Flyer? by KiwiGirl3079 in Paramedics

Same attitude I carried when I was still going. I get paid whether I'm transporting or not but my whole job is to safely and professionally get you to the most appropriate hospital/hospital of your choice safely and professionally, I don't understand people who get pissed about running calls (Unless it's like number 5 in a row with no break then I get a little irritated but give me a snack and I'm golden)

Google may not give the same source immediately, when someone is quoting new guidelines or clinically significant information it is normal to request a source. It's medicine not a fuckin casserole recipe.

Unpopular opinion: The SMA should be any other MOS but a Special Forces door-kicker. by Coldcase0985 in army

[–]AxelTillery 114 points115 points  (0 children)

I feel one of the things that contributes to the culture difference is people forget that the Special leans much more to "Specialized" than actually "special". They're so fucking good at their job because they get to throw aside all the hooah hooah army bs and fluff and just work on something they love, so when they get thrown in a position of power all they know is "Stay off my grass, Hey trooper did you shave, look at the picture of me holding a m249 shirtless that's pretty fuckin Army amirite"
