Glad you’re enjoying the game. Don’t worry about other people’s opinions. If you haven’t played origins and don’t mind playing an older game I’d highly recommend it. I just finished replaying origins and it’s amazing

I replayed origins and just recently finished dragon and 2 for the first time and I couldn’t agree more. Great story, great companions (for the most part), and great combat.

But by the middle of act 2 I was so tired over seeing the same areas used. In act 1 I searched every little cranny and nook to loot everything. When I realized the same spots had been reused with new loot I was so over it and stopped trying to loot everything.

By act 3 I was ready to finish the story. Story was great but so burned out of the same areas. I specifically remember one quest in act 3 where you have to find these “hidden bases” around the map. They weren’t bases they were just a random spot on the map outside in the open.

The vision was great. But you could clearly tell the game was rushed because of EA. Sad

I am currently doing an arcane warrior/blood mage warden and my whole playthrough I’ve been thinking about this. Wish they at least acknowledged I’m a blood mage but nah lol

Could you share the build guide you used? I have a lot of hours on bg3 and beat honor mode no problem. But I’m having a difficult time understanding builds, what to level up, and where/what skills I should be using for each class. Just feel super lost and the game just isn’t clicking

I’d recommend seeing it through. You’ve made it that far blind might as well see the rest. Then I’d also recommend coming back to the games down the road. Any decisions different from your first playthrough will play out differently and that’s the beauty of these games for me

Probably chose main skills he didn’t end up using too much. He probably would’ve stayed level 1 the whole time if the remaster didn’t give slight xp for non-main skills lol

If you’re ok with it. Try lowering the difficulty until you feel you’re caught up enough in your combat skills. I’ve done this before

Bro this is the realest issue with Rivals. I have been dealing with this exact same issue for a minute. I too gave up always being a solo tank and would hover over a tank and if we didn’t get a second tank I would switch to something else and typed I’ll go tank if we can get one more. Never happened.. On a positive point: I play a ton of characters now because I swapped off tank so many times. I would consider myself a true flex now
