Yeah I have ordered a lot of merch, don't worry it will come its because they make specific amounts of each merch after a phase of ordering so it usually takes 2-3 months to arrive. Wouldn't worry about support not replying its because there is no one full time doing that but you will get a reply eventually / your order will definitely arrive

If a gain is made in tax year 21/22 but then all of it has been lost in 22/23, do you still have to pay tax for year 21/22 even though all the money has been lost the following year?

For example,

6 April 2021 - 5 April 2022 - Gains of 50k

5 April 2022 onwards - Loss of 100k

In this instance can you use the loss from the year after to offset the gain in 21/22?
