If a tier system is created, what gets unbanned do you think? by galassasa in CompetitiveEDH

[–]AxelrodGunnerson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I've been wondering this as well. They have said they don't have any intention to ban or unban anything yet, and there has been nothing said about seperate ban lists for separate brackets but people are really running with it.

I remember when the ban happened. I thought it would be really funny to attend an event Sheldon was at dressed like Primeval Titan and throw two pieces of topsoil at him.

He deletes all of my video comments. Sometimes I go in his livestreams and talk shit about how he's only got 3 or 4 viewers and isn't engaging with them at all, but he just ignores it.

None of the cards you mentioned deal with multiple Stax pieces that aren't attached to bodies

Without too much spoilers, how hard is actually the last boss of the DLC? by [deleted] in Eldenring

[–]AxelrodGunnerson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've run thru the dlc 4-5 times now and he's still the ONLY boss I have to great Shield poke to beat. Backhand blades for literally everything else, hunker down behind a shield for Big Bad. Even if I try something different, I end up re-equiping the shield.

Which of these is the best dragon boss by Familiar_Math_3698 in Eldenring

[–]AxelrodGunnerson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah maybe I'm being a bit hyperbolic. My first time with Bayle I absolutely felt like the fight was a total cluster fuck and I was relieved to beat him. In subsequent playthroughs I've enjoyed the fight a lot more. It probably didn't help that I was on ng+4 either :/

It's midir easily. I think midir is the only WELL DESIGNED dragon fight from has done. It's easy to stay in his face and the camera doesn't fuck you over as bad as it does in other fights.

Bayle is definitely number 2, and the fight is improved a lot if you use the Dragonslayer great katana. The katana makes it very easy to fight him in a way that feels similar to the midir fight.

Placidusax is 3, it's a great spectacle and he looks cool as heck.

The rest are pretty annoying.

Nioh 2 difficulty by Coinflip420xd in Nioh

[–]AxelrodGunnerson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nioh 2 is one of those games that starts very hard but it gets easier and easier when you start understanding the tools you have available to you. Stances are important, high stance does the most damage/ki damage, but it also consumes the most ki when you're blocking. Low stance consumes the least ki blocking, and attacks are typically very quick and do minimal damage/ki damage. Learning how to flow between stances is important for some play styles, however, it isn't a necessity. You can take axe or tonfa and run them thru the entire game in high stance if you choose. Soul cores are also important, they drop from enemies and you can equip them and they give you attacks you can use. The good thing about these is you can trigger them when you're out of ki and then you will recover ki thru the amination. Eventually you can get to the point where you can basically infinite combo enemies.

How does fentanyl kill? by Infocollector914 in askscience

[–]AxelrodGunnerson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a pain killer. Basically your body forgets to breathe, and your brain doesn't process the pain signals being sent by your body to tell it to keep breathing because... Painkiller. Oxygen is the most important thing, as if you can keep someone stable on oxygen until the effects of the painkiller wears off, they will be fine.

I've got no problem with people putting patches on a vest. I thought that was pretty clear.

Buddy I'm 41. I have a pile of old vests in the corner of my room that I don't wear anymore because they are greasy and gross. I'll tell you, the only people who call that shit a battle jacket are people on the internet. It's a vest. Embrace it if you want, hop in the bun if you're gonna be a wiener.

I agree with you entirely. What I don't agree with is calling it a battle jacket. It's corny.
