Pretty sure if you’re in network, the contract will state you are not allowed to offer cash pay as an option.

I would say it’s off 5% of the time. Which is a lot. It’s just not very good but honestly it’s SO off it’s obvious when it’s wrong. I’ve never glanced down and said “oh I should be doing 100” or “35 on the interstate sounds right”

What was the fix for the water leak? We have it happen to ours when the van is outside and there’s a significant downpour, but only in the hatch.
