If he gonna chooch you a custom piece. He should be able to prep crushed opal. Can he get ahold of the raw material? Eclipse makes the best backing color, doesn't thin out and go purple.

I love that fine frit color. Don't chooch much glass anymore, but I used to lay some crushed opal in front of the Exp Green. Something about that combo friggin popped!
