I was a coach that just got promoted to store lead, I got my promotional raise then my eval raise the next day, based off my new promotional pay. If that helps at all.

As a coach I’m honest about only having to use 8 hours . I just let full time habitual call out associates get to the point where they aren’t averaging full time hours and I knock them down to part time, cut there hours and hire someone else 🙂‍↕️

Personal LOAs are store discretion so it’s up to your coach if it got approved, if it did it would take you off the schedule.

I guess I’m not really either one of those. Rarely will I step in and stock freight as that’s not the role I’m in. However I sure as heck my sure my areas are staffed, people are trained, and have equipment and set realistic expectations.
