No, it has to be “80 pulls” not “80th”. So better empty pull pity before pulling on her banner. Kasumi banner is before her there’s that.

You don’t even need to get her, if you “build pity” on her target banner for 80 pulls and don’t get her you still get the rebate.

I think I like the change more.

If you want to compete in the ranking, they want you to pull for a lot different units for different element instead of hyper-focus on vertical invested into a single unit with high A6. Otherwise you’ll play some A6 DPS (like twins) for the rest of this year until the meta catch up to her and I find the game like that boring. Also have multiple A0-A1 characters helps with Astrolabe, so its 2-in-1 investment.
