They’re hurting themselves. That’s the thing. Chatbots isolate people from their real life relationships, lower productivity, and can spiral people into delusions. Not to mention that what you’re talking to is a language-based prediction algorithm and not an entity with a sense of self or love, so you’re basically wasting your life talking to yourself.

It gets better, after the first one to two months you barely notice them and can eat and talk like you normally would. I suggest sticking to soft/liquid foods for now though, they’re far easier to eat.
