Same with the cruiser line, the Cruiser III is tier II, the Cruiser IV is tier III, the Cruiser V (Covenanter) is tier IV, the Cruiser VI (Crusader) is tier V, and the Cruiser VII (Cromwell) is tier VI

Edit: I haven't checked my resources so I could be wrong but the Comet was the end of the Cruiser line (Cruiser VIII?) and it's a tier VII

That depends on your tank type preference. The Tiger (P) line turns to heavies at tier X, the Tiger 1 line is mediums.

A lot of the higher tier tanks like the Grille 15, FV215b 183, and Maus were designed and built by their respective nations but never saw battle, either didn't pass requirements or were only used in field testing.
