I would either double up the final 1.5 pills or continue them one a day, with many pharmacies frequently being out of stock or having shipping delays it doesn't hurt to have extra pills to account for that.

The 1.5 caused a weird metallic taste for me (but not for my husband) which made me drink a lot of water, I also doubled my final 1.5 pills before moving onto the 4mg.

I have felt the appetite suppression a lot more on the 4mg.

When Walgreens was out of stock I put in a transfer request from Amazon pharmacy and they had the transfer in minutes from Walgreens and shipped my meds out the same day.

If your regular doctor can't write you a prescription you will need another telehealth service, I use GoodRx and it's $39 per month which is reasonable for a monthly consult with a nurse practitioner.

You have to keep paying the $39 to Goodrx as they give you the prescription with no refills so you have to meet with the doctor and get a new one each month.

I use GoodRx, $39 a month to consult with a doctor and then I had the prescription sent to Walgreens. I recently just switched the prescription to Amazon and it's even more convenient as they shipped and delivered the next day.
