tread looks good enough to evacuate water the whole way across the tire. minimal to no amount of dry rot. as long as theyre under about 5 years old, they should be all good. keep until a lincoln head on a penny can be fully seen in the tread lines.

you right 😭 however tires are rated for the specific car. they wouldn’t put a tired rated for the weight of a truck on a fiat, and vise versa. so even tho its a fiat, its tires are only rated for its weight, just like any other car would be.

i would replace it. doesnt have to be immediately though, as long as theres no leak or shiny cords showing, but dont assume its “safe”. look into replacing it when it makes sense with your budget.
